For me yoga is more than just finding inner peace and silence it is a time to let my happy feelings unfold and let my body move to music that inspires me. To let go and feel free. To allow my body to move to the music because I like it and to be in the now with positive and happy vibes. I love to teach with energetic powerful music and bring more movements to the practice. Music also tends to alter our brainwaves and helps us go deeper into our consciousness.
