The yoga practice at d’Angleterre is a modern concept with focus on music, power and alignment between body and mind. The yoga classes are held in both Danish and English and are complimentary to guests. Yoga equipment can be purchased at reception.

Wednesday: Strength & Stretch Flow
08.30 a.m. to 09.30 a.m.

Strength & Stretch Flow is a music infused vinyasa class to strengthen the body and ease the mind. A perfect way to start the day and direct your focus on what you CAN, your attitude, mindset and energy.
